It's Not Easy Being Green

This week I entered a photo competition. The theme was "green." My friend Diana Foster, owner of The Studio 56, and I had so much fun collecting things that were green and having a mini photo shoot. If you find yourself with a little extra time on your hands, I challenge you to take some pictures with a theme. Why not?

Artist's Statement

Every moment beauty surrounds us. Some days the beauty of our lives is easy to see and other days we have to search for it. I try to find beauty everywhere from the smallest places, objects, and events to the biggest. The intention of my photographs is to capture everyday moments that help to tell the story of the beauty of our existence. My goal is to use my camera to create images that are moving, that people can make a connection to, and that might restore your faith in the simple beauty of life.
